Geralt Smile Works (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing customers with high-quality toothbrushes. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return a ToothShark toothbrush and receive a refund.

Our Policy

We offer a 14-day return and refund window for your ToothShark toothbrush purchase. This window begins from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your toothbrush must be:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Toothbrushes that have been opened, used, or damaged.

  • Toothbrushes purchased more than 14 days ago.

  • Items not purchased directly from us or our authorized retailers.

Return Process

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email at info@toothshark with Email subject as ("Return & Date of Purchase") within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. We will provide you a guide with instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Securely pack the unopened and unused toothbrush in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the product back to the address we will provide you when you initiate a return, clearly marked on the package.

  5. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets all the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please Note:

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Shipping charges for the original order will not be refunded.
